To manage Export/Import & Logistics is totally depend on, well leading, processing, controlling, proper follow-up, organizing, assurance, responsibility and self commitment with the employer and service provider. etc.

Theory:

Leading:- A well leading is main part of Logistic, its operate everything in streamline and align and due to which things will be always in controllable. 
Processing:- Define process for every project always do good work, it will increase capacity of your service as per procedure.  
Controlling:- Control on your entire team & service provider always called as a good management.
Follow-up:- Timely Following up on every project/shipment/legal process is must /mandatory part of international/internal logistics, (Export/Import & Logistics) 
Organizing/Developing:- A good Leader should have skill to organizing program in respect of their working criteria and developed people and service partner.  
Assurance:- Assurance given by employee and their subordinate is must to maintain customer demand on well in time or as per their scheduled and/or to get customers appreciations.
Responsibility:- Responsibility taken and understand by the people always give best to them and you can;t find failed at anywhere, if you understand your roll and responsibility. 
Self-Commitment:-People/employee always should have their self-commitment with their roll in work/job activities.  

Followings are some additional efforts need to maintain by people and employee.

A manager also should be responsible to born skill in department.

Always maintain punctuality.

As I am looking after a responsibility of Export/Import and Logistics manager and doing communication and communicate in various country, USA, ASIA, Africa, Brazil, Germany, Netherlands, France,Cz, Republic, Canada Mexico, etc. and we found that in doing working with many countries that every country have special requirement and the question is how i will maintain different process, but after doing the work i got that yes procedure is differ but not very changeling and you can understand if you want, hence after experience i am dealing with all countries without any hassle.

So, we can manage everywhere but need some extra effort and hardworking

Make people understand about your work and schedule and do remember important of project.

The main thing is that how we are managing our internal sources and developed people, we should always review. 

Understand the important of Confidential things. 

Understand the company rules and process

Honest with their work and company employer.

Maintain Punctuality every time

Need to know every departmental work 

Need to believe on your subordinate 

Need to manage by Self if required

Take management in confident with your working

Be confident 

Always react when needed, management always do not want answer from every people, they want only managers react on the topic but it is not good if subordinate is always ready to give answer without demand.

1st try to understand subject before putting any answer to management, it can be wrong or out of subject which is not in discussion.

Always complete important work on priority.

Be sure before completing anything, it will give you always ready to achieve your target.

Always do not depend on all your subordinate and want to do work from your end also.

Conclusion:

With reference to above project theory, I can conclude as followings to good manage of your Aim and their principle. A Leader will always success in their Aim if they follow their guideline as per their Aim principle. People/employee should always be monitoring their leading, controlling, assurance and Self Commitment, if there is they found something is going down, definitely they should do to re-focus of Aim, decided by him. If your are going to develop your management power then you should take care that how we are going to manage our Aim and remember that we are fulfilling principle of our goal/aim. We should always develop to people and make them skilled so that they can manage good your work. Developed people always should take the responsibility also and do want to develop subordinate also which they will help of them and make work as flexible and easy. A good manager always follow the process maintain by management or by him. Confidential things should not be showed with all if its not a necessary. Company rules to be followed. Honesty with their organisation is must, which will help in your progress and your organisation as well. "Punctuality is mentor of success" every employee should have decide to maintain punctuality in their work and project.
