EMPLOYEE PAYROLL AND ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Principle:

Employee Payroll and Attendance Management System is to provide the all the payroll information to the employees in an Organization.

Theory:

1. Title Of the Project: Employee Payroll and Attendance Management

2. An objective of the project: The main aim of developing Employee Payroll and Attendance Management System is to provide an easy way not only to automate all functionalities involved managing leaves and Payroll for the employees of Company but also to provide full functional reports to the management of Company with the details about usage of leave facility. We are committed to bringing the best way of management in the various forms of EPAM. We understand that EPAM in not a product to be sold, it is a tool to manage the inner operation of Company related to employee leaves and Payroll. Payroll application has been designed for the purpose of maintaining details of various allowances and deductions that need to be given to the employees of the organization. Also, it generates the salary sheet of the employees of the organization that assist the accounting department in many ways.

8.  Modules

Admin

Admin can manage the employees, as well as Admin, generate the Pay slip and Reports of employees. This module of the Software deals with the master data which is the basic requirement to run the software efficiently Data like Employee details, Department details, Designation details, Login Configuration etc. You can create and alter any number of users.

Attendance & Leaves

  • This module is going to handle the Attendance and Leave  
  • Application of each Employee’s in order to decide their Salary
  • Pay for a Month which includes like Entry Time, Exit Time, Total
  • Working Hours, Leave Entry etc

EPF/ESI Rules (Employee Provident Fund / Employees State Insurance)

This module is defined as the limit of an EPF and ESI rules according to the govt factor. According to the defined limit, Employee EPF and ESI are deducted from their salary for some percentage amount.

Salary

This module is used to generate Pay slips and also deals with all aspects of Allowances given to the Employees and it will generate employee wise included to the all types of pay heads like Basic, HRA, Bonus, Special Allowances, Deduction, PF, ESI etc.

OT (OVERTIME)

  • This module is used to generate the overtime of an employee.
  • It could be generated on an hourly basis or a user-defined formula could also be used.
Reports

This module is used to generate all types of Administrative reports like Salary Register Report, Employee Details Report and Attendance Reports etc. Export functionality is also available to export the data in an excel sheet. It can also use to send the report through an email to the management of an organization.



Conclusion:

The proposed system can help the organization to manage efficiently the employee pay related data as personal information, Loan information, and so on. An employee can know about their salary, Attendance, Availed Leaves, Pending Leaves, and other pay-related information in an organization. In this study a comprehensive PMS system for the organization employees it introduced. The study elaborates on the system analysis, software, and database design and system development. PMS is able to store huge data of the employees and generate reports according to the need. In addition, PMS effectively controls the data in a user-friendly manner. It also enables the user to access, update, and delete data in a flexible manner. Some organization used Web Applications name as (EAZY APP) for their employees to stored the information of Check IN and Check OUT timing. In which all pay related information also available like Employee Pay slip and Balance Leave, Availed leave etc. An employee can field their daily task on this Application.
